1. About Nutivale

Nutivale sells unprocessed dairy and dairy products. Services include online ordering, wallet top-ups, and customer support.

2. Account & Accuracy

• You must provide accurate information (name, email, mobile, address) and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

3. Wallet & Payments

• Payments made through our payment partner(s) (e.g., Razorpay) are credited to your Nutivale Wallet for use on nutivale.com.
• No refunds or cancellations once payment is processed.
• Wallet balance is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
• Prices, taxes, and applicable charges are displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

4. Delivery & Handling

• Products are perishable; please follow handling/storage instructions after delivery.
• Nutivale is not liable for spoilage or damage arising from improper handling/storage after delivery.

5. Communications & Marketing

You agree that we may contact you (email/SMS/phone/WhatsApp) for notifications, transactions, service messages, and marketing. You may opt out of marketing at any time by contacting support or using available unsubscribe options.

6. Acceptable Use

• No misuse of the website or services (including fraud, unauthorized access, or interference with operations).
• No infringement of intellectual property or violation of applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on the website are owned by Nutivale or used under license. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nutivale is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; or for losses caused by incorrect information provided by you, internet or gateway issues, or misuse of your credentials.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, India.
