At Nutivale, we specialize in fresh, unprocessed dairy and dairy products. Due to the perishable nature of our products and to maintain strict hygiene standards:
1. No Returns
Products once delivered cannot be returned under any circumstances.
2. No Refunds
- No refunds will be made for any payments, including wallet top-ups and confirmed orders.
- Prices, taxes, and charges are shown at checkout before order confirmation.
3. Special Attention Cases
In rare, genuine cases (for example, a gateway error leading to duplicate charge or failed transaction while amount is debited), our support team will review and address the issue as appropriate at Nutivale’s discretion.

4. Quality & Delivery Concerns
If you face any delivery or quality concern, please contact support immediately upon delivery with your order ID and relevant details (and photos, where applicable). We will investigate and assist you.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can investigate quickly. Filing unwarranted chargebacks may delay resolution.
6. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, India.
